When my wife and I decided to explore the possibility of buying a second home in The Tahoe Basin we had very specific ideas about what was important to us, what we did not want, and what our budget was. I was not optimistic that these could all be met. I met with Tim and explained my needs. He  understood, and put together a tour that really showed us what the market looked like. We found a house, more house then I thought possible, in the exact neighborhood I desired, at the price point we were looking for. Then, the transaction was smooth – even when things jumped up that could have derailed it! Every phone call to either Tim or Kristi was answered or returned promptly. Concerns (even unreasonable ones) were addressed promptly. I have recommended Tim and Kristi to several friends, and they have all had like experiences.
