Tim and Kristi helped me buy Tahoe Dream Home and then helped me sell it some years later when I had to move out of state. The thing I like the most about them is they are very trustworthy and I felt confident my best interests were in mind through the whole process. My house sold in just a touch  over a month and for a nice profit. Tim pretty much knows everything about the market and pretty much knows everyone in town too. I felt like I had a friend in the real estate business through each process. Additionally, I’ve called him from time to time for advise and he’s always happy to help. When I move back to Tahoe I’ll be buying a house through Tim and Kristi, no exceptions.
